Avani Builders is a rapidly growing real estate company into construction and Development located in Medchal, a suburb in the north of Hyderabad, the burgeoning metropolis of India. We build for the future and stand as landmarks of quality construction, clear titles and value for money. The company is promoted by technocrats from the world-renowned Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and supported by a team of highly skilled professionals and a technically trained team from India’s top-notch institutes viz. NITs.
Aptly so in a short span since its inception, Avani Builders has established a legacy of detailed expertise, strong engineering and project management capability which enable to deliver performances, that ranks high on quality.

Objectives
To create well equipped, quality residential spaces for development of economically and socially empowered communities that alleviate the demographic landscape of an area.
To develop infrastructure that ameliorates the quality of living of an area with development of aesthetically appealing residential buildings, amenities like adequate parking areas, landscaping and gardening, plantation adjoining roads and road meridians besides its projects.
To promote environment friendly living in harmony with nature and society. Thereby contribute in the development of green canopy at project areas with initiatives like avenue plantation, miniature gardens and landscaping in and around its projects as per our honourable chief minister KCR garu’s Haritha Haaram programme.
To promote sustainable development by following the concept of RRR- Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Initiatives like installation of solar water heating, solar fencing, creation of rain water recharge bore wells in its project are some of the steps being taken in that direction
To economically empower people by creating employment opportunities for them. To endeavour to uplift the standards of excellence of real estate and construction industry by adopting to high quality of construction and an ethical approach to the business. Delivering within timelines, usage of high-end construction material, astute planning and space management, a close eye to detailing and aesthetics, fulfilling business commitments and social obligations are steps being adhered to in that direction.

Diploma with Gold medal in Mechanical Engineering from Vasavi Polytechnic, Kurnool, India, B-tech in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad, India, M-tech in Metallurgy and Material Science & Doctorate in Advanced Aerospace Material, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, India with MHRD Fellowship, Thesis on: “Processing-Structure-Property correlation in ultrafine grained 6061 aluminium alloy”, under the supervision of Dr. R. Jayaganthan. Research Associate fellowship (Post-Doctoral) from the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research-University Grant Commission (CSIR-UGC), India. 30 papers published in various reputed international journals. Presented 15 international Research Papers. Awarded several national & international grants to visit many countries to present research work at international platforms including DST travel grant to visit Orlando & Nashville in USA. Organised several international conferences and workshops. 5 years of teaching experience in the area of academic specialisation. Guided several graduate and post graduate students for their project work.
“Our starting of ‘Avani Builders’ is purely a matter of providence. After completing our doctorate, my friend Dr Venkateswarlu and I got engaged in our professional pursuits. I was pursuing my post doctorate as a research associate in Indian Institute of Technolgy, Roorkee and preparing to join as a teaching faculty in one of the leading international universities in Germany or USA. Considering my streak of educational accomplishments, I had quite a many offers in hand to choose from. Then a self-realisation occurs, the thought of reaching out to the poor people and the farmers of India with the benefits of our years of research. It further strengthens our passion to contribute in a greater role to the Nature and Society and reorients our priorities. It’s time now to give back to the society and mother nature. I relinquish my lectureship from NIAMT Ranchi that comes up at that time and end up establishing our real estate partnership firm Avani Builders with Dr Venkateswarlu to fulfil our passion. After all any business done with a Bhakti bhawa (devotional spirit) contributes to the progress of the society and the development of nation. And this is being achieved by developing quality living spaces at Avani,” Dr. Nageswara Rao.

M. Mahapatra. His research papers have been published in several reputed national and international journals. Awarded several grants for research work. 5 years of teaching experience in the area of academic specialisation. Guided several graduate and post graduate students for their project work.
